My love of people and curiosity about what makes us tick has privileged me with a wide range of perspectives and an ability to quickly assess situations with both humor and empathy. Interested in nearly every approach to healing, I’ve  been trained in Accelerated Experiential-Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma and substance abuse recovery, body-centered (somatic) and arts approaches to wellness, and acceptance and mindfulness practices.
